UNLEASH America 2025: CEOs are finally getting the memo that ‘talent is the way to have continuous transformation in an organization’
At UNLEASH America 2025, Gary Bolles, Chair for the Future of Work at Singularity University, sat down with Editor-in-Chief Nima Sherpa Green for an exclusive interview to discuss the ongoing challenges AI presents to HR leaders, and how the mindset around talent will be a crucial element for HR leaders going forward.
Gary Bolles is a future of AI expert, author and Global Fellow for Transformation at Singularity University.
In an exclusive video interview, Bolles sat down with UNLEASH to discuss some of the most pertinent topics for HR leaders – the way in which talent is managed and utilized in new ways in the age of AI.
We are at this watershed moment in how we think about talent, the way that talent is going to help organizations to be able to solve the problems of today and tomorrow, and especially how talent can be amplified and supported by the AI tool set,” Bolles says.
In a wide-ranging interview, Bolles also offers his insights into how HR leaders can adapt to the fast-moving world of AI and agentic AI, the importance of HR governance as a foundation for future technology development and learning, and how the structures of organizations might change, alongside the mindsets of leaders, to focus on talent and skills as a differentiator.
“So instead of the old hierarchies and rigid, edges of the organization, what they really want is to continually have access to the talent that can solve problems today and tomorrow,” he explains.
